Four quick tips to eat fish responsibly:
Invasives are best. This choice can actually have a positive impact for the marine ecosystem!

Smaller is better. Bigger fish are often predators and therefore regulators in the ecosystem, best to avoid eating them.

Avoid tuna and swordfish. Though their numbers are improving, these are important predators in the mediterranean.

Avoid sharks and rays, often called ‘Galeos’ in Greek. These options are hard to regulate and their populations are under pressure. (Infographic)
